About Us
After starring in several roles as a child actor, Mike began his professional career in the banking industry at World Savings in Laguna Beach, California. A few years later, he embarked on a career in law enforcement, which resulted in several exciting years of public service in the Fountain Valley and Irvine Police Departments. In 1997, Mike began a 10-year career as a manager at a large residential architecture firm in Irvine, where his love of real estate took flight. He has since become a licensed real estate broker and, with Amber, the owner of multiple properties nationwide.
Amber started her professional career as a teller for Bank of America in La Mirada, California, where she quickly worked her way up the corporate ladder. After just one year, Amber was transferred to the bank's Laguna Niguel branch, where she helped her clients obtain home mortgages and equity lines of credit, as well as business and personal accounts. In short order, she was promoted to B of A's Investment Services division in Newport Beach. Amber promptly obtained her NYSE Series 7 and 63 Investment Licenses and remained in Investment Services for four years, gaining a lifelong passion for the real estate and stock markets.
Shortly after getting married in 1999, we sold Mike's Laguna Niguel condo and purchased our first home together in Rancho Santa Margarita. Over the next couple of years, we bought and sold numerous homes in RSM and then moved east with our purchases. Since we both knew the value of owning real estate, we started buying investment properties as a side hobby while maintaining our respective careers at the architectural firm and Bank of America. We purchased investment properties in Las Vegas, Arrowbear, Phoenix, Big Bear, Austin and Charlotte. It was in the course of purchasing our investment properties that we had the idea of starting our own property management and investment company. We are thrilled to be able to work together as a team and do what we love to do. Having worked with several different property management companies over the years, we have seen what they do well, and what needs improvement. Our goal is to keep the line of communication constantly open with our clients and to provide the highest level of personalized service. Outside of work, we simply love to hang out at our home in Rancho Santa Margarita with our three daughters, Sydney, Zoe and Brooke, and our new son Eli.
