Fee schedule
Vacation / Short Term Rentals:
- 15% for lease terms from 1 day to 3 months
- 1/2 month's rent for lease terms between 4 and 12 months.
Full Time Rentals:
- 5% of yearly rental amount to place resident only
- 6% of monthly collected rent, owner pays all property expenses. Placement of each new tenant is an additional $250*
- 7% of monthly collected rent, MIP pays property expenses (taken from collected rent). Placement of each new tenant is an additional $250*
*Covers showing the property, applicant screening, negotiations and lease set-up
- Owner pays for all advertising. $250 will be collected up front to cover advertising start up expenses.

MIP is the only full-service property management company to offer our exclusive Tenant VIP Rewards program at NO COST to property owners. The program is designed to reward tenants who have rented for a minimum of 12 months, made all monthly rent payments on time, passed their annual property inspection, and renewed their 12-month lease. One-year residents may select one free reward item from the list below; two-year or longer residents select two items.
