Full Time Rentals:

• 5% of yearly rental amount to place resident only
• 6% of monthly collected rent, owner pays all property expenses including advertising and leasing commissions to other agents. 
  • Placement of each new tenant is an additional $395 to MIP, which covers showing the property, applicant screening, negotiations, lease set-up, video AND photos.
  • Minimum monthly fee is $95

Vacation / Short Term Rentals:

• 15% for lease terms from 1 day to 3 month
• 1/2 month's rent for lease terms between 4 and 12 months.

This program is designed as an incentive for residents to pay their rent on-time, maintain the property and renew for multiple terms.  Bottom line...it increases your cash flow and property value.  This exciting program is offered to any resident who has rented for a minimum of 12 months, made all monthly rental payments on-time, passed the annual property inspection and signed a new 12 month lease.  This program is provided at no additional cost to the owner!  First year residents may select one free reward item, two year or longer residents may select two items.
