We at MIP understand that time is money, and we don't want to waste either of yours. If you need service at your rental unit, fill out the online form on the left, or simply contact MIP directly. We've also posted our mailing address for your convenience.
MIP has partnered with Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN), so you can pay your rent by credit card or check via the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This form of payment is the safest and most convenient it has ever been. You save on the cost of checks, envelopes and stamps as well as the possibility of someone intercepting your rent check. It also saves us money, which in turn helps you because we are able to offer you our Tenant VIP Rewards Program. There are NO FEES to have funds directly withdrawn from your checking or savings account. However if you pay with a credit card, VISA, Mastercard and Discover charge a $45 convenience fee. You can also set up automatic withdrawals from your checking/savings account or credit card. Each month, you will be notified three days in advance of your automatic payment. If you ever want to change your options, just go to www.PaymentServiceNetwork.com, log-in to your profile and make your changes.

You work hard, you pay your rent on time, and you treat your place like it's truly home. We think you should be rewarded for that. That's why MIP offers our exclusive Tenant VIP Rewards Program to tenants who have rented for a minimum of 12 months, made all monthly rent payments on time, passed their annual property inspection, and renewed their 12-month lease.
One-year residents may select one free reward item from the list below; two-year or longer residents select two items.
