If you are a new resident, welcome!
We do not allow pit bulls or pit bull mixes in any of our properties. We will need current registration and shots paperwork for you pet prior to the execution of a lease. In most of our condo's, a dog of no more than 30 pounds will be accepted. The condo association simply won't allow anything larger.
Renters Insurance is required on all of our properties. If you need a new policy or a quote, we recommend John Andrews with Allstate Insurance. john can be reached at 949-589-1114.
