Nothing, but wonderful things to say......... My husband and I rented a property last, in south orange county, through Martin Investment Properties. They were wonderful from the start!! Mike went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable with the property and everything else. My husband had been out of town, I was six months pregnant and heading out of town myself, and instead of insisting I come drop off our application to him, Mike very generously offered to meet at a half way spot, so it was convenient for me. He also met us at the property to do the initial walk through and was very thorough. Mike made sure that we were comfortable with everything that was written down and even asked us to double check. I feel like most property management companies wouldn't do that, so your deposit could be used for the repairs!! Once we officially started renting from them everything was very easy. Their website makes it incredibly simple to pay rent, write quick notes (maintenance reasons), and very easy access to you account information. I also really appreciated the monthly notes that Mike or Amber would write to everyone, like wishing Happy Holidays and such. The other wonderful thing about Martin Investment Properties was how quick your questions are answered. I felt like I would write a email and within minutes Amber would have a response for me. She even wrote a response to me, when she was incredibly sick, letting me know it might be a little bit before she can get back to me.... She had my question answered that night!! We are no longer renting from them ( although we wish we were!!),and Mike and Amber have still been incredibly helpful. We needed to provide an owner with the copy of our lease. I emailed Amber asking for it and Mike sent it within minutes. We also were asked to provide a letter verifying our renters history and they said they were happy to write it. It has been such a pleasure to rent from Mike and Amber, Martin Investment Properties. They are extremely efficient, caring and wonderful people. Their company has managed to keep the family business warmth and it still be very professional. When my husband and I are ready to buy, we are 100% going to work with Martin Investment Properties :)

We used Martin Investment properties for both Real Estate Sales and Rental Agency over the past 3 years and would recommend them in both.

We used Amber Martin for the sale of our home and she is excellent! She knows the current Real Estate environment as well as Orange County! She has an expertise in short sales and takes classes to keep current with the changes of forms and protocol. She knows the current values of homes real well and she knows the current laws very well. She is very good at working out a "win- win" for all parties in making the sale happen and moving along quickly. We also used Martin Investment Properties for three years in renting our home as rental property. What we liked about Mike is that he took care of small issues with the tenants and things that needed fixing.
